Absence of storm water gullies at this end of the road means heavy rain can create problems

Nearest gully is about 50 yards up the road. This means the "hammer head in the cul de sac is without any storm drainage. The water collects in the area and while it might not be a serious flood it does mean there is widespread puddling of several inches deep when there is heavy rain. It really needs at least one storm water gully let into the storm water drainage which I understand runs up the road from the hammerhead heading westwards.
