Sent to Cherwell District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1241362.

Not sure if still being lived in, but around 4 tents and associated rubbish in the rough field area at the top of the Banbury Road roundabout/Caverfield turn.

Updates

Less rubbish (but still a couple of pallets, beer cans etc), but there are still tents, which I doubt are still occupied.
