Uneven, muddy, dangerous footpath

The footpath from Redbridge Lane to Home Covert is a mess, it's muddy, uneven, bits of unstable rubble are thrown on the ground at places, the fence on one side is more or less collapsed and its barbed wires are on the path, sometimes where you can't see them until it's too late. Considering it's a popular access to the woods a serious improvement of the footpath is long overdue.
