National speed limit sign needs to be moved

There is a national speed limit sign half way along Blackwall Road South. With the new house this need to be made a 30mph zone and the national speed limit sign should be moved to the end of Blackwall Road South where it merges with Blackwall Road North to become Blackwall Road.
