Large conifer overhanging path which , when car is parked with wheels on path ,blocks pavement.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

At the front of 19 barnacle lane bulkington.The tree overhang the footpath.Cars are parked regularly with two wheels on the path adjacent to the tree. The footpath is then blocked.
