Abandoned vehicle

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1234892.

This vehicle has been abandoned in the car park for nearly a year. It was parked in a space but since January has been placed into the patio area outside the flats. When the residents are all parked in their spaces it will be impossible for the binmen to come and remove be large communal bin. It is not taxed and do not believe the owner lives nearby.
