Wooden Bollards smashed , ripped out and spread on pavement

Looks like these bollards have been ripped out from their setting in the verge by a vehicle impact and are now leaning precariously or are spread over the pavement (Outside 114 Kings Hall Rd BR3)

Two have been ripped out third one has been hit but still in situ although not steady

The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works.

This has NOT been resolved and the report should NOT have been closed. Nothing has been done. The bollards have NOT been replaced and the site is in the same condition as after the accident. Your contact with me, 'the originator' merely states the report has been closed.
