Dangerous rusted metal fence

From the pavement over the railway bridge on the A2025 Grinstead Lane there is a steep flight of steps leading down to Freshbrook Road. The top of the flight has a set of metal railings which should be supported by a metal post. The post has completely rusted away at the base and the fence can be pulled away very easily. THIS IS LIFE THREATENING !!!
