Iveco drop side truck has shattered windscreen and no wingmirrors and parks persistently in the library car park disabled space. Is very abusive an threatening. Has an unidentifiied MOT. Should be taken off the road.

This is a persistent offender and a danger to the community

The Vehicle is not parked on public highway therefore County Highways are unable to deal with the issue. Please contact the community library to clarify who is responsible for the maintenance of the car park . Any abusive behaviour should be reported to the police .
