Dangerous dirty road, very slippery

Welford road is completely filthy: at Kilby bridge pub, crossroads to go to Countersthorpe and over a mile of road from Gallops farm to Arnesby. The farmer at Gallops has made a huge mess, throwing lots of manure on the road. It stinks, but more importantly it is VERY SLIPPERY. Please clean the road and make sure the farmer pays!!!!
