Graffiti on the wall of residents in Millmead Way adjacent to the public footpath

Since the bushes adjacent to the wall have been cut back this have created an open canvas for graffiti artists. Tags in White and Gold, possibly the white tag is related to the recent tag across Hertford known as " MRS 17" and in Gold Spray further along this wall is the tag "FTB"

  • Council have advised it’s the responsibility of the tenants.

    However the shrubbery up against the wall was cut back by the local authority which has now exposed the wall to more graffiti.
