None of this has been cleared despite 2 phone calls to SBC Refuse Dept. I own No3 garage and because people are having difficulty in parking on the forecourt due to this rubbish it is giving me problems trying to access my garage. The Travis Perkins sack of earth on the grass have been there some months, we now have a pile of bricks alongside which will become ammunition for the local hooligans.
