To Whom it may Concern
I noticed a paving block lose out side my shop this morning and it looks like a potential trip hazard as it is on a busy street.
Out side 9 Park Street.

I work at Blaze 11 Park Street and in last two weeks two men have tripped on uneven pavement outside of our shop - one man was getting into parked car outside and tripped and fell and cut above his eye. I had to attend as was right outside my shop and provide a chair for him to sit on as he was very shaken. Then last week another man tripped up outside venture next door and bashed his face on the floor, myself and venture staff attended to the man - he was in a worse state - cut eye and hand bleeding, they actually had to walk him up to the medical centre for more attention as he needed it. The pavement is very bumpy and I expect more people to trip up - please get it fixed for the general public thanks
