Very noisy drain cover by bus stop near one stop shop on Norwich road

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1227645.

The drain makes a loud clanking noise every time a vehicle drives over it. I can hear it through double glazing and over tv inside the house. At night it’s worse as it wakes me up it’s so loud! Traffic is fairly constant and so is the noise. Am sure it’s proximity to the bus stop isn’t helping the situation.
