Unswept road With rats hiding in debris

The street has not been swept or cleaned and rats have been seen in debris of leaves and rubbish build-up. This part of the Cloisters is a public highway, so should be part of the Council’s regular cleaning schedule. This has been building up since Autumn 2017.
