Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Ken Royles at 15:43, Friday 23 February 2018
Sent to Bolton Borough Council 2 minutes later
The ginnel at the rear of 2-20 Harrowby Street is used as a rubbish tip. Despite a recent clean up there remain three council bins, green, purple and fawn coloured full of building rubbish which have been left untouched. Can these be emptied and removed please.
Whilst I appreciate the government cuts affect all councils. The council members I am sure do not see the rats scurrying around both day and night.
