Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1225841.

We have been informed that the small piece of land between Peregrine Road and Osprey Close has a severe increase in anti-social behaviour including drug use etc and also fly tipping. Could you please address these issues. Thank you.
