Mud on road and pavement on GrangeRoad Hugglescote

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 13:48, Thu 22 February 2018

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1224923.

Due to the Taylor Wimpey 'Hastings Manor' house building site, Grange Road is permanently covered in mud caused by the large lorries coming and going to the site. In addition, the lorries have also been depositing the mud on the pavement, such that it causes the surface to be very slippy. This mud is from the site entrance all the way down to beyond the old railway bridge. Also, a thick deposit of mud from the site survey works which recently occurred in the fields to the side of doctors surgery and before the railway bridge covers a large area of the pavement.
