Broken glass from smashed bottle on bike path/footpath

For more than a month there has been broken glass on the bike path/footpath that goes over this bridge. I've just had my 4th flat bicycle tyre in a month from cycling here on my way to work, all of which have had shards of glass found when repairing the punctures.
