Sent to Edinburgh City Council 3 minutes later
Here’s a job for one of your environmental wardens- remind Scottish Widows that it’s not acceptable for their staff to be littering the pavements with cigarette ends outside their premises. They are ending up being blown far and wide. The council could even earn a few pounds by handing out fines to those responsible. Why don’t they have ashtrays in place if they’re prohibiting smoking on their property?
