Parking blocks pavement

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1223706.

3 vans routinely block the pavement preventing wheelchair users and people with prams. Happens evenings and weekends.

    I am sorry it has been necessary for you to report this parking issue to Leicestershire County Council. I have advised the enforcement team of the details reported to ensure this location is checked when in the area. If vehicles are parking on the pavement that is part of the highway a PCN will be issued where there are double yellow lines on the adjacent carriageway.

    This car parks outside a house halfway Up Ingleby Road Wigston Leicester, regularly you have to navigate between the cars and sometimes the bins as well.
