Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1221192.

This is on going for 2 years now !The drain in Arundel road has not been cleared of tarmac,and not repaired!.Sealed up by W.S.C.C Contractors relaying Arundel rd! This now floods here! While you're here , a dust cart has smashed a manhole cover outside number 14 Mantling rd ! Pot holes also appearing in Mantling rd
