Dangerous parking of commercial vehicles on T junction. Vehicles parked on both sides blocking footpath and cycle path. No route for pedestrians, pushchairs or bicycles other than the road towards blind junction. Problem has been reported before and ongoing for over 12 months.

Roadways come under LCC. They are also not interested in fixing this as a priority. I've also reported the state of the hedge in this area, as it is overgrown (takes up about 1/3rd of the pathway and is full of rubbish).
