The same car is regularly parking in a not designated parking space and make it very difficult for the other cars to go around. There was one morning that I couldn't get out

    These 3 cars (EF12DMV, YY12NDE and Y529 CDU) regularly are not parking on designated parking space and make it difficult for all other cars to get out or simply turn. Could they please receive a fine and could we please have a sign that parking there is forbidden!!!!! More photos are available
