Untaxed car for sale on public highway, causing verge damage.

Railway Road, Downham Market, at the mini roundabout near the premises of Lawn Boy.

An Orange Skoda, AO51AEP, with no road tax (currently SORN), has been parked on the verge of the highway, at the roundabout, with a motor-trade-style 'for sale' price board hanging in the windscreen.

There is no dropped kerb at this location as it is not intended for the parking of vehicles, far less for their sale.

Please could this vehicle be removed from this location, (ideally by its seller), and offered for sale on private property, not on the public highway, until such time as it has been taxed and insured to be on the highway.
