Sent to West Sussex County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1219424.

Someone has spray painted parking spaces In the communal parking area by 22/23 Lenhurst Way during the last couple of days and put a notice on a resident's vehicle to warn not to park there as it was private allocated parking. I have lived in the road many years and never known of allocated spaces.
