I found that Cornwall road has either no lighting or very bad lighting

Sent to East Sussex County Council less than a minute later

When I walked down Cornwall road with my dog I didn't see a concrete step due to bad lighting also the step is a very wide concrete area and cause harm to anyone who can't see it like me as I now have a broken shoulder awaiting for surgery for metal plates to be stapled in and a very long recovery period.
