This single entrance to the whole Kestral Park estate has been deteriorating for over at least the last year and a half and has now reached the point where the state of road is a major hazard to road users including pedestrians. I have personally reported this to the council responsible for the up keep and safety of our public roads at least twice previously with no action taken and absolutely no feedback by the council regarding possible repair to be taken place or any timescales for repair. These potholes are causing major damage to my own and other residents vehicles, causing hundreds of pounds repairs to wheels, damaged tyres and suspension components not to mention the possible danger of other car drivers and pedestrians due to cars entering kestral park having to avoid the worst potholes by driving or swerving over to the other side of the road, potentially crashing head on with the traffic coming the other way leaving kestral park. The road itself has come into such disrepair that filling the deepest potholes (74cm wide x 15cm deep) with tarmac or such like is not a viable option and complete section road repair is the obvious solution.
