Series of potholes

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1216611.

As you turn from the mini roundabout from Botley Road and turn right onto the Winchester Road there are a series of potholes at the side of the road that have been repeatedly filled but are now beginning to crumble away and becoming a serious hazard again! Is it now time to repair this section of road properly instead of just 'bodging' it each time?
