Regular fouling

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 16:47, Tuesday 13 February 2018

Sent to Swale Borough Council 2 minutes later

Since an anti dog fouling sign was screwed to the fence on Sunday, the same culprit has encouraged their dog to foul the street 3 times since the last time this problem was reported. It is the same dog and, as this occurs within feet of the sign, it seems (as suspected) that this is deliberate on the owner's part.

  • The council promised to send a cleaning operative but, possibly due to rain, did not so so. Since my last report there has been at least two more fouling incidents, which is an improvement on the previous daily occurences. However, this may be due to bad weather rather than civic responsibility.
