  • We have investigated this report and found the issue to be the responsibility of Thames Water. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Thames Water. Future issues with Thames Water infrastructure can be reported directly to Thames Water via: http://www.thameswater.co.uk/ 16266.htm

  • You need to get back onto Thames Water as the second repair they did was the same as the first and last night all the black stuff they had used to repair it was coming out again. Residents should not have to report stuff to Thames Water when the council are responsible for the road. There will be some serious damage done to vehicles if this isn't fixed properly. You should be inspecting the rubbish repair they have done twice already! .
