  • The issue has been reported previously and not resolved within your service standards. Pedestrians being soaked by pooling water in the potholes being sprayed over the footpath by passing vehicles.

  • Contrary to Section 41 of the Highways Act 1980 given that the highway is in such a condition that it is dangerous to traffic and pedestrians
