Car continuously parking over the drop curb limiting the the entry to our cul de sac and severely reducing visibility when leaving the cul de sac, several near miss collisions have narrowly been avoided, what if a house was on fire or somebody needed medical attention in the middle of the night? i find this mindless and dangerous especially when the culprit has a 4 car drive but has chosen to fence it in, even so there is ample space for 2 cars even if there is a fence. I feel this could be very dangerous to our community. Please act and investigate immediately, details are 14 jasmine close, ip242xh car registration au53ody navy blue rover/mg
