Bollards inoperable

These automatic bollards were installed some years ago at considerable expense. They have stopped working allowing vehicles to enter the south part of Castle Street whenever they wish. This is supposed to the a pedestrian area for most of the day.

As at 23 August 2018 these bollards are still not working.
