Dangerous Parking Obscuring Vision on Exit

Due to new occupants in these two houses, these vehicle are parking on the B1256 on the entrance to The Chestnuts half on the pavement half on the road, I have had so many near misses trying to leave The Chestnuts and turning right towards Bishops Stortford due to our vision being totally obstructed and lorries bombing along the B1256, coupled with the vehicle on the other side of the road which has already encountered damage due to a collision there is a serious accident waiting to happen and on returning and trying to gain access to The Chestnuts you have to go out wide in the road to turn left and I've been bibbed at and had cars slam their brakes on. The Vehicle parked opposite is a very dangerous hazard when coming from Dunmow towards Bishops Stortford on the B1256 as you have to go out around it whilst indicating right to turn into The Chestnuts, its only a matter of time before one of us in hit from behind.
