Wycombe Way sign is old and difficult to read

One of the Wycombe Way signs at the junction with Brize Norton Road is old and difficult to read, especially in the dark. The sign underneath it, which lists the roads leading off of Wycombe Way, has very small type and is even more worn and difficult to see.
