Rubbish on verges and in hedgerows

Sent to South Bucks District Council 5 minutes later
A mixture of plastic, paper and what looks like large shreds of fibre-glass home insulation material on the verges and in the hedgerows.
The distribution of the rubbish along a long section of this road, with a concentration on the North Bound Carriageway side, indicates this material has fallen out of either a pick-up or a skip in transit.
Hardly surprising today, when you even see skip lorries on Motorways with the load uncovered i.e. no tarpauline over the top.
Pity that some of the speed cameras cannot be re-purposed to detect this.
