Road edge erosion/pothole

Reported in the Road defect category anonymously at 11:04, Saturday 10 February 2018 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Road edge increasingly eroded as vehicles pull over to pass and now getting deep potholes. This is continuously water filled and worsening with the poor weather - top layer of tarmac completely gone in places. Vehicles have started to ground as they pass though.

Thames Water raised concern as our stop cock is located there.

  • Due to our Minor Works contract coming to an end the old contractor has checked site and temporarily made safe any defects. A follow on order has been raised with the new contractors and a permanent repair will be undertaken in the next couple of months. Our apologies for the delay.
