Sent to Middlesbrough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1211201.

At number 27 Aire Street there is people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Last night at around 1am the tenant and a friend of his were hammering at the door I think trying to fix it. Totally unacceptable behaviour as I have to go to work on a morning.
