Sent to Breckland District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1211198.

Car parked on path so have to walk on garden or overgrown grass to pass. Lay by a few steps from path. Disgusting. They drive through hedge gap where lay by is to park outside there hour blocking path.
