Dangerous unsafe act

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 08:15, Friday 9 February 2018

Sent to Sefton Borough Council 5 minutes later

Whilst travelling down Altway on Wednesday, I nearly collided with a pedestrian waiting to cross the road as I had to swerve to avoid 2 council contractors working directly in the centre of the road without any signage or traffic management. Unacceptable and dangerous behaviour, which puts pedestrians and motorists in a an uncomprimising position.
