Inadequate / not working lighting

Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 10:15, Thursday 8 February 2018

Sent to Solihull Borough Council 4 minutes later

At the Elmdon Lane exit from Marston Green Railway Station the lighting has not been working For passengers leaving in this direction, it would be appreciated if there was sufficient light especially as there is a wooded area to the right There have been a number of incidents in this area and it would help us to feel safer, especially if you happen to be the only person exiting the station in this direction Maybe this is a reason to look at whether this area would be suitable to be cleared - I am not in favour of losing 'green field', but in this instance it my be warranted. Said area could possibly be used to increase the size of the car park, which is woefully inadequate for the number of cars that it needs to accommodate. Which currently park down Elmdon Lane, the numbers are increasing and the line always extends to the junction of Land Lane and a little beyond, but often to Canterbury Drive and beyond.
