Flytipping of two large black bin bags outside refuse room of old Anchor & Hope pub (next to Millwall Fire Station) on Westferry Rd. Bags have been there for several days and look to have been dumped on pavement by residents unable to access refuse room. Please can these be removed. 7.2.18
