These potholes have been here for over 6 months. I have reported to Bucks County Council who stated over three months ago they have been assessed!

I have just been told by Bucks CC. "Thank you for your report. We have now inspected the defect at WINDSOR LANE and no planned repair is necessary at this stage." I request this looked at again. The hole adjacent to the centre line forces cars over to the curb. Puddles form here due to the poorly maintained road drainage system and splash the front of our house and our neighbors. The hole is down to below a previous road surface level. What criteria is used to asses pot holes?
