Obstructive parking

The Martin in pub ... on a Thursday fri. Saturday this pub has numerous cars parked bumper to bumper even on the corners of Martin stays far as the eye can see..... I am a resident in the area and need to come down Martin st to access my property it is becoming increasingly hard to do this over the weekends due to the volume of cars which are parked in this narrow street.... on Saturday I had to go half on pavement in order for me to get buy these cars this is not the first time this has happened ..... god forbid if emergency services needed to access the area would be so hard for them to even manoeuvre through these cars .... This owner of the pub is aware of the inconvenience this is causing and yet refuses to do anything about this matter .... I would urge you to look into this matter ..
