    Still open, via questionnaire

  • This pothole, and I know this road well has buckled my wheel and removed a load of undertray.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 11:06, Thursday 5 April 2018

  • Two months since my first report, this is still not fixed. It is Warwickshire CC responsibility, not Solihull as I previously stated.

  • I’ve been having email correspondence with Solihull council regarding this stretch of road and the bad potholes. Solihull maintain this stretch of Rumbush. I’ve obtained, through a freedom of information request, the inspection and maintenance reports. Solihull are not accepting any responsibility for the damage caused to my car from hitting one of the potholes. It has buckled my front nearside wheel very badly. I am happy to share the reports and email address of the chap from the insurance company that Solihull council use for any claims.
