Leaves from trees have blocked drain and settled on pavement which has dropped and water collects to make a slippery mess you cannot walk on for fear of slipping and is only access to old peoples bungalows, very dangerous some one will have a nasty accident, needs sweeping asap

The pavement has a big hollow and water lays there, the leaves from trees in adjoining road settle there and turn into a slippery mush which makes it very dangerous, mo people cross the road to acoid it but it is the only access to the old peoples bungalows where I live, I have already slipped, luckily with no harm but someone will have nasty accident, plus the leaves are blocking the drain in the road leading to more flooding.i
