Broken drain cover

This drain is making a loud banging noise everytime a vehicle goes over it. You can see that it is not in good replair as it has sunk on one side. There are several drains on the Elm Street junction to Oak road (on the Etling view estate) but the problem one is directly opposite 22 Elm street on the side of the road of the bungalow. I have been told that enough traffic has to go over this drain to warrant a repair, but over 27 vehicles have been over this in the last 50 minutes making this a relantless noise and a nuisance to residence of this area.
