  • I was driving near my house on Lytham road and went over a pothole, which has damaged my tyre completely and will now need replacing. I was coming from Black bull lane and veering off at the roundabout to the left, coming along Lytham road (PR2 8JD) and the pot hole was adjoining/near Derby House (PR2 8JE). My tyre went completely flat by the time I had arrived home at my address on Garstang Road (PR2 3EB) on 10th May 2018.

I wish to make a formal complaint as it has affected me getting to work the following day and it has caused me inconvenience and has now cost £64 for a new tyre. I have reported to the council but wanted to address this further as for 2 days I had no car.
