Multiple trip hazard from raised footpath tarmac from tree roots.

There is a Tree in the pavement outside 3,Woodland Gardens PE303PX with raised tarmac from its roots making a multiple trip hazard! Extremely dangerous.

  • Borough Council and County Coucil and Highways are all saying that they have no responsibility of the Area. Saying that, why has someone from one of these sent a worker out on a quad and sprayed all the trees In the area? Answer from them was basically denying that this happened So who is responsible for it?
